Love this story from Big Daddy Kane about when Nas asked him about what he would change about Illmatic. His advice: 'You don't need to do what I do, you need to keep doing what YOU do.' If only every creative director was this thoughtful -- long live the Kane.

Killa Cam dropped tons of great lessons for life & business, but my personal favorite comes at the ~46min mark, where he speaks about using the things he learned from his previous record deal--which was, in his words, 'fucked up'--to make sure that he made the most of his next record deal.
